w810i Picture Transfer

Hi guys, my sony ericsson w810i is driving me crazy! For some reason it won't let me transfer the pictures on my phone to my laptop. I've installed and re-installed the PC Suite, but to no avail. Whats weird is that the first time I tried transferring pics I just connected the phone and all the pictures popped up and they transferred really easily, but this hasn't happened since.
When I try clicking on File Manager, a box comes up just telling me what the file manager does...which I already know, but it's not doing it!
Has anyone else had a similar problem, or can anyone help? It would be much appreciated!
