Most CD recording software will allow you to burn .mp3 files to a CD player compatible format. Usually you just select that you are creating a music CD then drag and drop the .mp3 files.
Failing that, download Kazaa and search for MP3toWav Pro. .WAV is the format that you need to burn to CD, and as j2buttonsw says, most CD authoring software does this for you. Be sure to have loads of HDD space free, cos a 3.5Mb MP3 will become a 50Mb monster when converted.
