Does it always change it back to a web page you do not want ?

If so you may have a virus on your machine.

Someone may have updated your "hosts" file and you need to reset back the way it ways.

Someone had a similar problem with hosts a few weeks ago, search for that.

This could also be caused by an anti-spyware application which inhibits "rogue elements" from changing your homepage. Unfortunately it may also class you as a rogue element.

as vehelpful guy and kempie suggest scan ur system for viruses and spyware--if u don't have these types of programs then download anti virus software avg--its free--
http://www.freedownloadhq.com/avg.asp?s=gouk&a =avg
and
anti spyware spybot s&d--free too--
http://spywarebot.com/?hop=congoman--
then
download and install start page guard--free too as well--
http://www.majorgeeks.com/StartPage_Guard_d427 1.html
set ur home page and run start page guard--it will lock ur home page and prevent further hi-jacks--
then
ur done
