Apple Power Mac G5 Quad makes Beeping noises

I'm writing this on behalf of my hubby. He's just taken delivery of a new Apple Power Mac G5. It makes a strange beeping noise, quite often when it starts up and at other times. We're fearful it might be a hard drive problem. Before we make yet another call to tech support (they've already replaced the computer several times) I'd be interested to know if anyone any idea what this particular problem might be.
