when i try to download things it says i am not authorised to view this page and when i try to go on certain websites it says the same thing why is this?

Copy the same song via nero onto a disc

This will be your Firewall settings trying to stop anything connect to your Pc, what make is your firewall? if its ZoneAlarm go to the cookie settings and enable javascript, if its another firewall, turn it off temporarily then try and download the programme, if it works, you know its the firewall.

if you worked out it is the firewall and you dont know what to do just email me :-)
