I have job interview for an IT company, prob mgmt role. They use ITIL and have been told to read up on it. I have read on the internet that it is a new kind of way to set up Sevice delivery groups Can anyone give me some basic notes that will be a quick and easy way to understand it should I be asked about it in the interview. Thanks in advance.
