Is there an easy way to find out my Sky Pin Code, or to reset it or change it. The account holder has left my household and can not be contacted and Sky say I need them to do it.

Is it not the last 4 numbers on the viewing card?

According to Sky it is the last 4 numbers on your original viewing card from when they switched to digital boxes years ago, and they have updated the cards since then with new numbers on the back.

1234 didn't work. Sky are being a pain and tell me I need to close the account and re-open a new one to get a new pin code. Too much hassle.
