Ringtones and LG F2400

I downloaded a Ringtone. It only plays when someone who is not in my Address Book rings. Whenever somebody in my address book rings, it just uses a default tone. Any ideas why and how to solve it?

I can't tell you the specifics for your phone but there will be an option within your (probably) address book that will allocate a ringtone to a specific group..

'Default' will be the one used for people you don't know or arent in a group, you will need to check see what group your phone has defined for anyone in your address book ('Friends' perhaps?) and edit this groups ringtone to be the one you want.

Sorry I can't be more specific for your phone, I'll have a look for a manual later.
