Can't delete setup files

Does anyone know why I cant delete the setup files for games downloaded from Yahoo! Games? It says another program or person is using it but nothing else is running and there is only one user on my PC. Tried everything I know of. Its a funny blue icon with two white chevrons in case anyone recognises it!

Run a spyware check on it. I downloaded an official AOL programme the other day that was riddled with spyware!
