Can DVD Shrink be used on VCD's just the same as DVD's?

not that I am aware of as DVD Shrink only looks for, scans and compresses VOB files and other DVD related files.

...sorry, that was supposed to end Nero does everything, including VCD files, but DOES NOT compress, just copies.
