i have a Norton security alert that has jus come up. :"Norton i/net worm pro. has detected a remote system that is trying to access your system.if you've started a programme that requires file sharing, internet access or i.m. select permit to allow it ."

i selected allow twice because i have just installed limewire, it still kept coming up so i uninstalled limewire but it is still there . any ideas pls?
