Buying my first camrecorder!!

Hi,

I am looking to buy my first camrecorder as I am off on holiday this year and would like something different to remember my time. Can anyone recommend a really good one? I am not looking for a flash one but I would like one which people have had good experiences with!!

You can't usually go wrong with Sony but you need to do a bit of research and choose a few that you like the sound of, then go into a store and handle them and see which you prefer after handling them, then go back to www and see where you can get the cheapest deal.

TIP: If you find a deal on the www but would prefer to buy from a shop, the Jessops will usually price match www offers if you can prove the www offer (printout will usually do)
