Quicktime DMG file

I was looking at apple's website and found out about the Quicktime Broadcaster. I thought that I would try it out but when I donwloaded it, it came up as a DMG file. I googled it and found a forum that said you need freeware called DMG2ISO. It seems to change it to an ISO image which isn't really what I want. How do I install the Quicktime Broadcaster? By the way I am running Windows XP. Does it only work with Mac?

System requirements...

Mac OSX/Server v10.3.9 or later
PowerPC G3 or later

So no Windows XP :-(
