I have been with bulldog for three months, dispite paying them �12 a month for free local calls they have charged me for every call and on some statements i have been charged twice. They say that i will be refunded but i still have not received anything and their customer service people are all useless. Has anyone had the same trouble as me

I think they were on Watchdog a few months ago for being rubbish all round!
I think there were many people who were being charged for no service whatsoever so maybe you're doing OK!!

Not used them and never would. They have by far the worst reputation of any ISP (even worse than BT & AOL) and their broadband system was down for ages a while back. Absolutely hopeless company...
