Transfering Game saves on Xbox to Xbox 360?

Hi Ihav e an Xbox and hope to get the 360 soon and it just occured to me what about all my game saves for the xbox games that I still want to play on the 360?


Any help from ABers welcome!

i think they will be lost and also the games may well not be playable at all on the 360.the backwards compatible list which was meant to contain 99.99% of all xbox games contains only roughly 100 titles and of the half dozen xbox games we own,only halo 2 is playable on the 360.

If you go to http://360gamesaves.com/index.php there is an application called Xplorer360 Beta 2 this will allow you to attatch your Xbox360 hard drive to the SATA port on your pc and read/write files to it.


However


at the moment nobody has used it to transfer xbox game saves to the 360 - it is being looked into see the discussion at http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=489606


You will need to take the SATA drive out of the xbox360 hard drive unit this will invalidate your warranty on the hard drive and may invalidate the warranty on the Xbox360


Using this app to change the contents of the xbox360 hard drive may result in your xbox360 being banned from xbox live
