This past two weeks or so, some of my messages, particularly those to the States are ariving up to 12 hours later.

Who might be responsible for this? Perhaps my mail is being intercepted?

I heard of a website where mail could be followed as it progressed to its destination. Might it help to find this site and watch my mail?
