You'll have to convert them to a different format before nero will burn them. Nero can't convert Real Media (.rm, *.ram) files to a format that can be put onto a disc (ie. MPEG2 - the DVD format). There are some programs that will convert Real Media files to MPEG, some of which are free. I think that Tsunami MPEG convertor can do this, but you'll also have to change the file from a VBR to a CBR, therefore increasing the file size. Have a look at www.videohelp.com for software and tutorials on how to do this. Good luck.
