There's S Problem With New Sim

Im going from ee to smarty. I put the new sim in but it's coming up sim2 with no data. I have a feeling that I had s storage sim from Asda ages ago. I have noone to ask and smarty is only online for me

My neighbour did hut it came up as sim 2

Seems you have a dual sim phone.  Take the SIM out, turn the SIM holder over and pop it in the other side

Is there nobody else to help you?  If you lived near me I'd willingly try and sort it for you

I asked young lad next door he activated it but said he didn't know snout the sim 2

What is the make and model of your phone?

Any local phone shop will help you sort this out - hopefully for no charge.

Your phone can handle two SIM's at once - a dual SIM phone.  This is mainly used by people who go abroad a lot, so they can switch to a foreign SIM and back again easily, or people who want two different numbers on their phone.

The SIM cards sit in the tray back to back.  Turn the tray over and pop in it again.  It should then be showing as SIM one
