If you own the copyright to a piece of work, there's nothing illegal about uploading it. Using Limewire in itself is perfectly legal, the only concern is copyright infringement. As for uploading from a commercially recorded CD, you'd be taking a risk as that would be a copyright matter.
however, you would be able to put any songs that you have stored on your hard drive onto limewire.

Not quite sure what you mean by that, boobs. Just storing them on the hard drive doesn't negate the copyright that exists on the track. If they're originally from a copyright source that copyright still pertains, no matter how long you've owned the source (e.g. the CD). The copyright doesn't devolve to you after a certain period of time, or because you've copied the tracks to your hard drive.

Maybe I'm missing the point of what you said. Perhaps you mean any original songs, songs created by MsBehave, and stored on her hard drive. In that case, of course, she's free to upload as she automatically owns the copyright.

This is surely the easiest way to download music/movies that I've ever seen .
