Humax Aura 2Tb 4K Ultra Hd Smart Android Freeview Play Tv Recorder Not Skipping Forward 60 Seconds

I have set up my Humax Aura to skip forward/backwards but it is not working.I've checked the settings and it shows skip 60 seconds and backward 15 seconds but when I press forward when I am watching something I recorded it is not jumping the 60 seconds, can anyone help. Thanks in advance

I have a Humax but not the Aura, which means my remote may be different to yours. Which button do you press for skip? I can advance in two ways, one by pressint te >> key and one using a > on the centre dial. On mine the >> makes it run faster and > makes it jump (30 secs for me).

On my old Humax Recorder I could press the >> key once and it would advance a recording 30 seconds each time I pressed it. But on the Aura every time I press >> key it just speeds up the recording even though I have been in the settings and set it up to advance 60 seconds on each press.

Do you have a set of 4 buttons up, down, left and right surrounding an OK in the centre? Mine has and it is the left and right buttons on that which jump backwards and forwards.

Thanks for the help. Been pressing the wrong buttons. Was pressing >> and << buttons when I should have been pressing the left and right buttons next to the OK button.
