Is there any way in which I can put the software on my Mac (work) and download music from I Tunes?

Probably not as I think the HDD isn't compatible with Macs and Philips haven't written compatible software. Also, think that the HDD only reads .wma or .mp3 file types, and iTunes uses the .m4p file type. What you could probably do is copy and convert the music files (using an appropriate piece of software - do a google search) directly onto the HDD (i.e. use the HDD as a portable hard disk), then connect the HDD to a PC (that has the HDD software installed on it) and copy the music across from the HDD to the PC, then back from the PC to the HDD player via the software!! Sounds complicated reading that back - might not work either, but then again, it might!!
