Because I had to RESTORE my computer I copied all of my e-mail Inbox and Sent Items to CD. But, with my computer restored, when I run that CD all I get is coded versions of the e-mails. How do I get them back into a readable state? I was advised to 'copy them over to the new installation of Outlook', whereupon they would suddenly appear in the clear, but I can see no way of doing that. Help, please.

Try going to File -> Import -> Messages and follow the wizard to import them...
Or an easier way is to open Outlook Express and open the location on the CD where the emails are saved on the CD and simply drag them in to the Outlook Express window.
