I'm trying to install a game on my pc which has three disks, but halfway through the second disk freezes. Any ideas why, and can it be easily sorted?

is it an old game ? i have a game which no longer installs because of software updates since it was last used.

No, it was bought at Christmas, Simpsons Hit & Run.
