Windows Mail - Anyone Who Has This Please Help Me!

I use Outlook 365 but prefer to open my mail in MAIL (previously called Windows Mail)
I have set it all up an d it is nice and clear to read but just one thing is puzzling me.
Down the left side it has Inbox, Sent, Delete but I have to press 'more' to get other folders which includes 'Archived' Is there any way I can move the Archived folder up into the blue section so it rests beneath Inbox?
Also if I archive a message will it stay there forever and I will not lose it? Believe if I delete it will only remain for 30 days
