Hazlinny have you tried the soothing music for relaxation and sleep on you tube. I have found some of them very nice and peaceful at night time when I am trying to sleep

My social life today was a chat with the Sepsis nurse called Oliver for an hour. Highlight of my day! I'm actually going to bed very soon.
