It will be a parmesan and sundried tomato omelette for me...not too heavy. Followed by raspberries.
I've just had ham, smoked salmon, Boursin cheese, olives and horseradish mayo.

Met with friends for pub lunch, Slow cooked lamb shawarma flat bread
with crumbled feta, black olives & red onion salad with mint yoghurt & sirach.

Home made Waldorf salad with cold sliced chicken breast.
Lovely to not have to cook in this heat :)

A gorgeous day here, Bobbi. I've just finished spray painting the metal garden furniture. No idea what Dave will dish up but needs to be tasty to take away the taste of the paint despite the protective mask I wore.

And before he sees this....Dave's dinners are always tasty....well except for those weird sausage he once bought. Even foxy turned his nose up at my left overs...which was most of them.

I won't know what I am having for dinner until I go to the shop. Often, I look at what is available and decide from there. If I purchase food for the week, come the day I planned to eat it, I won't want it anymore!

I'm not sure yet. I may do mixed kebabs (either chicken or minted lamb with halloumi) with garden salad. Anything else requires thinking about and I am not in the mood for thinking.

Salmon steak, mussel meat and king prawns in a stir fry which will include a little chorizo. Easy to make, no faffing about and very tasty.

Had to be out in the shade to paint, Bobbi. We have two lots of garden furniture dotted around from our previous houses. Rarely use them except for a late glass of wine. I get the fidgets. :-)
