Can anyone help? My computer is not playing my DVD s.It used to before I had it re booted.Thanks in advance.

Do you have any software capable of playing dvd's? WINDVD or PowerDVD are the most common.
When you say "re booted", I assume what you actually mean is that you had the operating system re-installed. Rebooted just means the same as restarted - something most people do at least once a day.

If you had the operating system re-installed, then all the other programs and drivers will also need to be re-installed. This includes the motherboard drivers, all the other device drivers, and, as Kerplunk says, the actual DVD player software, such as WinDVD or PowerDVD.
