i send my e-mail using bt yahoo,when my brother-in-law recieves it in text it is okay,if i put an attachment with it iecartoon or video clip or indeed something forwarded from a third party he cannot open it,he is with outlook express,can you please advise

Can he see the text in the mail with the attachments? IE is now set to block attachements and HTML by default,and will only allow you to see text. If this is the case then I'll let you know how he can solve this.

Sorry should have said OE (Outlook Express) not IE (Internet Explorer)
