I went into this site yesterday and now l keep getting notifications on my Samsung A4. It is really annoying. How can I get rid of this?

Go to Settings > Notifications.

Look under 'Recently sent' for the relevant app and move the slider to the 'Off' position.

(Based upon my Galaxy A12 but it should be much the same on an A4).

I suspect that you tapped on the blue 'Allow' button, possibly thinking that it related to cookies, rather than to notifications. It indicates their that you need to go into your browser settings, rather than to app settings, to cancel notifications. If so, scroll down to 'Disabling Notifications in Samsung Internet Browser' here for instructions:

(I'm assuming, of course, that you're using Samsung's default browser. If you're using a different browser, such as Goggle Chrome, you should still be able to find the relevant information somewhere on that page).
