I’ve Just Had Two Worrying Pop Ups Appear.

One saying that my Apple ID is being used on another iPhone and the other saying that my Apple ID is being used on another Apple Watch.
What do I do?

Empty your cache in your browser.

On another device (phone/tablet) go to appleid.apple.com and sign in.
It will tell you which devices are using your AppleID.
If there is a bogus one (I doubt that there will be) change your password immediately.
If no bogus device, keep your password as it is.
