Can anyone help here?I have three old audio cassete tapes that i deperatley need to make back up copies of, as i know that if these tapes get twisted or chewed up they are lost forever, and I'm scared to death of that happening. i don't have any old equipment such as taping tape to tape decks, where could i get old audio equpment that would be able to do this?

you can either get hifi equipment and make another tape of it or wire a tape deck to your PC and make a copy onto your computer.

Have you got, or can you borrow, a mini disc recorder?
Its very easy if you have a tape player to record onto mini disc. Mini discs are very robust and means you can transfer it to another medium easily at a later date. If you havent got a tape player you can pick them up really really cheaply nowadays from places like cash converters.
