mp3 Subscriptions

I'd like to buy a couple of out of production albums by Chicane, but on looking on eBay and Amazon market place they are retailing in the region of �40. So I am exploring the possibility of using a mp3 subscription to download them - can anyone point me to the pros and cons of this, and suggest any reputable sites?

There are 5 albums and 1 single by Chicane on www.allofmp3.com the most expensive of which is just over 4 US$. This is a Russian site paying royalties to artists in accordance with that country's copyright laws and you cannot beat it on price or quality.
