Seems hard. Are their ‘videos’ ONLY downloaded to a computer, or do they send you an actual DVD?

Mrs B is currently on ‘chat’ with Amazon, and they seem to be talking a different language.

But how do we download/stream to our TV?
do you have a smart tv??
ps are you with virgin>?
Just push the apps button on your tv remote scroll down to amazon prime and click on it
You have a choice when you subscribe to Amazon Prime, select the video you want to watch and it'll show download ,then simply watch it
It's part of the Prime service.....films, videos, tv etc is streamed to your TV or tablet once you've subscribed. The Prime service includes lots of other things...free shipping, music library, photo storage etc etc.
I bought a fire stick to use with my TV as it doesn't have apps
Yep some smart tv remotes even have an Amazon button.
Otherwise when I had amazon Prime there was an enabled “play” button on the website for streaming to tablet or laptop

It’s a Smart TV. Samsung, about 6 years old. Amazon ain’t listed in the Apps list. Am I a Virgin? (How much more personal can you get)? Yes, Tivo box, Virgin Media, cable.
then look at my link

Ta bednobs, seems straightforward.
be warned, i havent actually done it, and the page seems a bit light on details!
as a virgin and prime customer, ill have a ook later when i FINALLY get control of the controls!
Hi BB, did you get this sorted?
I tried it last night by doing a search for a prime-only show on virgin, then it gave me the option to get it via prime, I signed in with my amazon details and voila!
Question Author
Hello bednobs. Not sure(!) As existing Prime members, we can apparently get some free videos... but not all. Those called Amazon Video, we can’t get free.

It’s all done, I’m convinced, to engender a state of confusion, so that some poor sap ends up downloading a ‘free’ programme only to get billed for £4.99!

Or am I just an old cynic?

BB
you can get both free and paid for films on prime. Anything that's an "amazon original" will be free. You are informed in advance if the show is not free, and you have to pay
