I have had a Fitbit Charge 2 for some months now and I downloaded the App on my IPad. I couldn't find the app on my Android (HUAWEI ) and it wasn't there. I now see it on my phone but when I went to use it it wouldn't take my login, telling me that the Emil address is already being used. I. An log in things like Facebook and EBay with the same gadgets, why not Fitbit.

Are you perhaps trying to set up a NEW account on the phone rather than logging on to an existing account?

This is why you may be getting the "email address already being used" message.

Have a look at the logon screen and see if it says "login to existing account" or something similar.

I'll try it, thanks. I've changed my password but it doesn't seem to be picking up Bluetooth now. Blooming gadgets. Should have got an IPhone.
