Samsung Text Sizes Gone Small

Had a Samsung Galaxy for six months or so, been fine.
All of a sudden, for no good reason, the displayed text size went from biggish to smallish. Looked at settings, display, font size, all that, and nothing different, and nothing changed.
You CAN make it bigger by pinching the screen, but it only lasts for that session.
Is there some sort of reset button to get back to where I was this morning?
