Msgsrv32 is the error i get ...why ...how can i fix it

I keep getting this message on my screen when I am trying to connect to internet.... it says something like Msgsrv32 not responding .... its driving me crazy ...how can I fix it?

Hi chinadoll I think you have an infected machine, try running your AntiVirus soft ware on a full scan or at least run Spybot or similar. I seem to recall that the error is caused by a non-fatal worm picked up from a piece of ad/spy ware, if you can get access to the web from another computer try a google using Msgsrv32 and have a butchers
