Anyone Know About A Koobee?

On Amazon, there is this:

which is a dirt cheap large-screen phone and the manufacturer claims it has the gyroscope for using the screen on its side.

I'm sure it won't do most things a proper iphone-type will do, but as I've said before, all I want is a big phone with big texting capabilities.

Any thoughts?

I'm bouncing this as I'm about to buy a Koobee 'smart' phone.

I won't come back and complain if it goes pear-shaped, but I thought I'd ask one more time before parting with my 55 quid...
