He is tying to view something on Utube. When he clicks on it there is just a blank screen no matter what subject he chooses. Has anyone any ideas what could be causing it.

Probably needs the Adobe flash player updating, Caran.

That usually occurs because Flash player isn't working correctly. Having made the mistake of providing you with information about PCs before, when you've actually been using an iPad, I think I'd better ask you first about which device your hubby is actually using!

He is using a laptop Chris.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs & Features.
Click on 'Adobe Flash Player'
Click on 'Uninstall'. (If asked to confirm, select 'Yes')

Restart the laptop. (That's important!)

Go here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Deselect the 'Optional offers'.
Download and install Flash Player.

Try Youtube again.
