When I am ready to print yhe box is saying SAVE instead of PRINT, what can I do to put right please ?

Which documents are you trying to print?

I have been printing a voucher and normally I just follow printer instuctions and it says print no of copies etc then Print but the print box is not appearing

the box is saying SAVE and CANCEL

if you click on save, and "save" it on to your desktop then try to open it and "print" that might work?

Yes I have done that but I dont want to save I want it to go back to print

If you look, you'll see that the destination is pdf. Click change, and choose your printer. Then the button labelled "save" will change to read "print".

Sorry, I know only how to solve the one off problem. Maybe, you need to check/alter your printer settings? I would not wish to put you wrong. Perhaps someone else may be able to comment/assist with this?
