When I log on to my bank account the screen size is huge. I do not know how this happened but now I cannot get it back to normal size. This happens all the time and am at a loss as what do I do

on win 10, chrome..top right hand 3 vertical dots resize by zoom option

When it happens to me I hold the CTRL button and use the scroll wheel on the mouse to bring the page to the size I want. Then let go.
