Hi all,

Sorry for a sad question, but I am trying to remember what the optical zoom on my TRV9E (Sony) camcorder is. Unfortunately, I don't have the instructions (or the box) anymore and the cam is so beat up I can't read the writing on the case either.

Anyone with a TRV9E who can out me out of my misery?

Thanks a lot

Phil G

If yours is the same model, looks like the optical zoom is 10x.

Sorry, it's NOT the same as that one - mine has a 60x digital zoom (I can read THAT much still!)

Thanks though

According to the manual, you have 15x Optical plus 60x digital giving a combined 180x zoom.

You can get the manual at the site below but make sure you download ALL seven parts first starting at 0. You then need an unzipper for rar files - try power archiver from the second site below.
