X Box Option File

When I try to load the option file on Pro Evo 4 on my Xbox it says that the option file is damaged, loading failed.  Haven't had this before and now all my amended options like Kit Colours and Team names have been lost but it still has my saved Cup and League progress, only now without the amended kit etc. Any ideas how to repair the option file and restore all my saved kits, team name changes etc. Thanks
