Outlook Live Email Account - Can't See Sent, Drafts Etc.

My outlook email account is useless at the moment. The only list I can see is my inbox.

I'd stop using it but so many of my friends have it to contact me.

I used to be able to select a number of email to delete them, but now have to go in individually to do so. I also can't see deleted items folder to clear it.

Any solutions gratefully received (in idiot speak please!)

I'm using an iPad.

Download the Outlook app from the App Store and install it on your iPad then set it up using your login details. Works great for me.
