Problem With Nowtv.

I have a NowTV box, which I admit I do not use all the time, but when I do need to use it, it sometimes will not allow me access to view the programme.

The only way I can get it to work is for me to pull the mains plug out, wait a few moments and then plug it back in.

Could anyone with such a box please tell me if they are experiencing the same problem, or why this is?

Some tech is like that. Do you leave it on standby or even on ? Could be that the software has filled up the memory (or other resource) whilst hanging around unused.

Yes it is plugged in all the time, do you suggest that I unplug it after use?

It could be an answer. I get a similar problem with my Humax Freeview box, except it first shows up as an EPG failure first and only messes up completely if I leave it a long time. I tend to simply power cycle reboot as you are presently doing.
