I have an Apple TV connected to a Sony Bravia 32" TV but unfortunately due to my own fault the remote will now no longer operate the Apple TV. I have tried holding down the start button together with the left hand button to deactivate it then holding down the start button again together with the Right hand button as the instructions suggest but this does not work. Until I can get this working correctly I cant enter my password to get into the Apple site. Can any one help please
