For some peculiar reason my iPad has decided my friends emails are occasionally junk, it might have a point. I can't find how to confirm her as a legitimate contact and ensure her messages go straight to my inbox rather than junk.

Any suggestions?

You should just be able to move a mail flagged as junk back to the inbox and it should then treat all further mails from the same sender as good

I can do that on my laptop no problem but cannot see how to do it on my iPad. It's not every email it's just the odd one here and there, most odd.

Having sussed how to move legitimate emails from junk to inbox I am still finding that emails from one contact are going to junk.
