Typing A Poster, Windows10, Word

I have been trying to type a poster, Times New Roman, Bold, Underlined. Landscape, 20 font. As I type, the print doesn't show in full - the tops of the letters are missing. When I print it, it is normal.
I think I must have clicked on something but I can't find out what! Also the second line runs into the first, if you see what I mean.
Advice appreciated.
