go into the control panel and disable it!
Depending on the type of Mouse driver, as there a number of different manufactures types, you could try the following:-

- RIGHT-Click the Windows Start Icon
- Select 'Control Panel'
- Click 'Hardware and Sound'
- Under the heading 'Device and Printers' select 'Mouse'
- Along the top of the 'Mouse Properties' Window at the far Left-Hand end of the options menu, do you see an option for 'Touchpad', 'Synaptics' or something similar that references a mouse pad? If so, make sure that option is selected
- If you can now also see a 'Settings' option select it
- Now examine the various options presented and check if there is a 'Gestures' option or 'Pinch Zoom' options. If so click / Uncheck each to disable them. You may need to select any 'Advanced Settings' option to check there also.

when i went to the mouse, i couldn't find touchpad or synaptics, but found 4 settings, buttons, pointers, pointer options + hardware
From your description it would appear to indicate that the settings panel you are accessing may be for a standard Windows Mouse Driver which does not provide for setting Gesture controls.

Another option to try is to check if there is another background TouchPad program running that controls Gesture settings.

To check, along the bottom of the Screen on the Left of the Taskbar there should be a small Icon in the shape of an Up Arrow or open Triangle minus its base line.

If you click that icon it should expand up to display some additional running program items. Hover over each and see if one of them relates to the Touchpad such as 'Asus Smart Gestures'. If so, double-click that icon open it up and then check to see if there are any settings for Pinch Zoom etc.
Oops, re last post 'Left of the Taskbar' should read as 'Right of the Taskbar'
From the user manual (which is always a good place to start!):

"To change the touchpad settings to suit your personal requirements, please do the following:

1.In the icon tray in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, select the Notifications icon to open the Notifications pane.

2.Select All settings.

3.Select Devices > Mouse & touchpad.

4.Now you can adjust the settings to suit your personal needs. You can change the primary button for left- or right-handed use, turn the touchpad off if you prefer to use a mouse, or set a delay to prevent the cursor moving if you accidentally tap the touchpad with your palm while working. Scroll down to see more settings."

Any use?

sorry but theres no noticifications icon on my pc, nor is there an open up triangle
As you've recently purchased the device, I've assumed that it's Windows 10 (and therefore consulted the W10 version of the manual). What the manual refers to as the 'notifications icon' seems to be referred to as the 'Action Center icon' elsewhere though:

The following Youtube video from Asus shows how to use and configure the Smart Gestures application running on a Windows 8 platform. On the video time line at 1min 27secs it shows how to access the settings panel.
