I was just wondering about certain types of mp3s. In my infinate sampling of music before buying I have come across some mp3s that do not display their song length. I.e on a kazaa search there would be nothing in the space entitiled 'length' and even in winamp the length wont be displayed in the playlist until it is played. It's not a problem as far as i know, just wondered if any mp3 coders out there knew what this is.

It depends how the program determins the length of the MP3, I can't remember how it was worked out but it had to do with the bitrate, filesize, etc. However the mp3 might just be a little wierd in arrangement.. the ID3 tag a little broken, maybe?
