I've been trying to download Google Earth onto my computer but I keep getting an error message 1603. Could you help me with this problem please?

Thanks for your answers. Is seems it was there all along so I've been able to put a shortcut onto my desktop. The problem now is that somewhere along the way, the recycle bin has disappeared! Hopefully someone might see this and advise me how to get it back.If not, I'll have a fiddle about later as I have to go shopping now. Thanks again x
